After the sale make sure the check is made out to your unit.  Not the Council, not the Scout.
 
Make sure there is contact information on it address and phone.
 
Can you take a card?
 
Yes! you can go to this web site and use this information to purchase a variety of flavors.  The popcorn will be shipped diectly to you and you can use your credit card.

Internet Credit Card option requires your Scout to have his popcorn ID number and the internet address available to give to customers.

Do you have access to the web?  If you go to this site, and use this ID number you can use your card and shop. The popcorn will be delivered directly to you, and I'll still get credit for your purchase.

Scout: That's Ok we can take bank cards on line.  Go to this site you can order from your computer, or phone, use this ID number and the popcorn gets shipped right to you.

Tidewater Council does not accept credit cards for popcorn purchase.  Your unit will have to wait for the profit from the internet sale if you use that site to take cards for purchases.
