The Unit expenses beside the boys activities:
Recharter:Charter fee $40.00 plus $41.00 per Scout $29.00 per Adult
Equipment: Camping, Cooking, Derbies, Storage, Uniforms
Supplies: craft items, books, food service plates, flatware, paper towels
Operation:paper and ink for handouts or copy fees, postage envelopes for mail, cleaning
supplies
Advancement recognitions: aprox. $40.00 per Scout (not updated to the new program it
will probably be higher)
Advanced Leader Training: aprox $30.00 per person
In my Pack the aproximate cost is $200 per scout this includes awards (loops, pins etc.), patches, advancements,
outings, and supplies to run the program.
Are these expenses covered by your unit dues, and or your Charter Organization? If not they should
be included in your goal planning expenses along with activities.
