Now you personally ask for the sale time.

A few days after you get the card back verifying receipt.  3-5 days to give them a chance to respond.

Call the store, ask for the person you mailed the letter to. It may take a couple of calls.

Did you get my request letter?  May we set up an appointment to confirm the sale details?

You didn’t get the letter? Oh well it was signed for by so & so, on this date.  I can bring a copy with me, when would be a good time for you?

Ok it takes a few tries at most stores to get to a manager who will answer you, unless the store has just one manager. Don’t take it personally

The managers have a store to run, and honestly you are asking to set up a competing business in front of them.  Keep this in mind while talking to the manager

You may simply have to go to the store and hope the manager you need is there and available

I prefer to ask for an appointment first, it reflects that you place value on the managers time.  You may want to put a request for an appointment in your letter.

Getting an answer from management is the most time consuming part of setting up a show and sell.
